Startup fundraising

Fundraising strategy and execution.

We work with you on fundraising strategy and execution: funding needs and milestones, narrative, investor selection, roadshow and follow-up. We start by understanding what your company needs to fund and the evidence behind its plan.

01

When fundraising support makes sense

When you need to organize execution: define what the round will fund, present a consistent story and manage conversations with investors who fit your company. If business evidence or essential information is missing, we prioritize those gaps first.

02

What we work on with you

Round strategy
Connect the amount and use of funds to verifiable milestones, cash needs and the company’s stage.
Narrative and materials
Align the business model, metrics, market, pitch and investor information.
Investor selection and roadshow
Prioritize investors by thesis, stage, geography and round fit, and organize outreach and conversations.
Follow-up and closing
Organize the pipeline, next steps and support with negotiation and closing, within the agreed scope.
03

A process with priorities and owners

We review the company’s context and agree on a work plan. During execution, we keep open conversations, outstanding information and the next step for each interaction visible.

The founder provides consistent information and participates in investor conversations. Scope and deliverables are agreed for each company.

04

Ways to work together, based on stage and thesis

ALGEN is our fundraising preparation and execution program. Fast Track, Geodesic and Venture Deal are advisory services with different scopes. In the first conversation, we assess together which approach fits your company’s needs.

ALGEN
A program for angel-stage and pre-seed startups.
Fast Track
Advisory for Seed startups: round preparation and execution.
Geodesic
Investment-readiness and fundraising advisory for climate tech and deeptech.
Venture Deal
Advisory to structure and execute rounds and transactions.

Two documented experiences

Ualabee: fundraising strategy and narrative through an investor’s lens. Startuplinks reported a round for regional expansion on July 11, 2025.

Nina Energy: fundraising structure and strategy, securing investor commitments, and commercial connections in Chile. Its CEO reported investment to grow the team and expand into Colombia and Chile in Pulso Capital on March 24, 2025.

Milestones belong to each company and reflect the date of publication.

Questions founders ask

Before we talk.

What should I share to get started?

What your company does, its stage, funding needs and the milestone you want to reach. General context is enough for the form; confidential documents are requested later through agreed channels.

Do I need to hire an advisor to be considered for investment?

No. If your company fits the thesis and is ready for VC investment, it can enter the deal process directly. Investment evaluation and advisory engagements are independent.

What if I am not ready to raise capital yet?

We review the gaps and whether preparation work makes sense. Not every company needs to start a round at that point.

Does advisory guarantee a closed round?

No. The work supports preparation and execution of the process; each investor makes an independent decision.

Let’s start with your company.

In an initial 15-minute conversation, we review your context and define the next step.
